Template. Review and adapt before launch; this is not legal advice.
This policy explains what YOUR LLC NAME ("we") collects when you use belowzeroheat.com.
What we collect
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how the site is used. It sets first-party cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and IP addresses are not stored by GA4. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can turn analytics off anytime on our cookie settings page; we also honor Global Privacy Control. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland are not tracked with analytics cookies by default.
- Email: If you subscribe, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider only to send you the emails you asked for.
- Forms: If you submit a form, we store what you enter and the time you submitted it, only for the purpose stated on the form.
- Server logs: Our host may keep standard logs (IP address, browser) for security.
What we don't do
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising cookies. (Update this section, the cookie settings page and the consent defaults in src/components/Analytics.astro before adding display ads.)
